Kevin Capell, IOM, serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of United Way of Anderson County, where he provides strategic leadership to advance the organization's misson of strengthening the community. An Anderson native, Kevin has extensive experience in organizational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development across both the nonprofit and private sectors.
Under his leadership, United Way of Anderson County is focused on advancing outcomes in Youth Opportunity, Healthy Community, Financial Security, and Community Resilience, ensuring individuals and families have access to the resources needed to thrive. Kevin is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Institute for Organizational Management, earing the IOM designation, and currently serves on the Anderson University Board of Vistors and the Center for Leadership and Organizations Board of Advisors.
